About Us

MBSTIA (Marketing and Business Strategies to Impact Awareness) was formed in 2002 out of a desire to educate, promote and consult with independent music artists. We are a team of creatives who all come from various parts of the music industry, either as artists or people who have worked with artists.

As we put on workshops and consulted with artists, we realized that many of them lacked the marketing materials necessary to promote themselves. After some company restructuring, MBSTIA emerged as a multi-service company providing customized, effective web and print graphic design, social media promotion/strategy, web site development and consulting. In 2006 we added on our small business and non-profit services, including search engine optimization (SEO). For the last 6 years the company has grown into a multi-service company dedicated to helping people and companies succeed both off and online.

At our core, we are client centric. We only take on projects we truly have an interest in and if you look at our feedback, you will see that we are dedicated to all we put our creative talents to.

Philosophy

Through our many years of experience, we've come to discover a few essential truths. When people don't know you exist, they can't buy what you have to sell.

When you reach the wrong people with your message, they won't buy what you have to sell even if they know you exist. When you reach the right people with the wrong message, they won't respond to what you have to say even when they hear it. When you scream out the same message that everyone else does, it is impossible to distinguish yourself from the screaming masses. But when you present yourself to people with influence in your area of interest and reach your target demographic with a message that is unique and memorable, your products or services will find their spot in the marketplace.

Knowing all this, we set up MBSTIA, Inc., as a way to provide "Marketing & Business Strategies To Impact Awareness" to the independent music community and beyond. We use first-hand experience running a Record Label, Management Company, Publishing Company and Publicity Company to formulate winning strategies in the areas of Web Design, e-Marketing, Imaging, Consulting and Publicity.

While we specialize in working with people and companies from the entertainment industry, we do take on corporate clients who can use a fresh aproach to marketing thier brand on and offline.
